Our History:
We are a locally owned family run business. Rich and Barb Morris are the owner
/ agents. Rich has worked for Xerox for 18 years in the Chicagoland area. He has
held many positions with Xerox including High Volume Specialist and National Account
Manager. Barb brings a variety of coordination and management skills that she
has acquired over the years. Our son Rick has worked in a Xerox agency in
Chicago
for the last two years, he has led the office in sales for almost the entire
time he was there. Rick, a marine, fought in the
Iraq
war. He is married to Rachel Ann and they have three beautiful children, Brittany,
Tiffany and Ricky. Our other son Chris is also joining the business. Chris is
a highly successful manager of a Game Crazy store of Hollywood Video. His outstanding
sales personality has allowed him to be a most highly rated leader in their organization.
Chris is married to
Shannon
and they have a son Max who is just over one year old. We have all purchased
homes in the area and plan to remain here for a very long time. Our daughter,
Jeanine is also joining the family here. She is a registered nurse who has worked
at
Childrens
Memorial
Hospital
in
Chicago
for the last 3 years and in
Honduras
doing medical missionary work before that. You might ask why is this family from
Chicago
moving to the
Greenville
/
Spartanburg
area. There are many reasons. We began visiting the area over three years ago
when Rick and Rachel married. Rachel is 5th generation South Carolinian and the great hospitality of her parents and her
grandfather, Bill have greatly assisted our migration to this beautiful area.
Tradition has it that her great, great, great grandfather was a pony express rider
in the mountains of
North Carolina
. We have fallen in love with the climate as well as the mountains and recreational
attractions. The friendliness of the people of this area and their deep faith
in the Lord are also very important to our family.

community with the values that have always been most important to us. Honestly
and integrity are at the heart of our family and our business. Our goal is to
